How to re-size images to 1024 x 768 (or any other size) without Photoshop.

3) Click this button to import an image.
4) Select your image.
5) The next screen should look like this.
6) I'd select the middle button. Full HD Max 1920 px
7) You should now have something like this.
8) There are two ways that you might want to resize the image.
a) Reduce the whole image to 1024 x 768.
b) Crop a bit out to 1024 x 768.
9) To reduce the size of the whole image to 1024 x 768 you need to select the RESIZE IMAGE button.
At the next screen enter the new dimensions.

13) At the next screen click DOWNLOAD
14) The file will be saved into the default download folder on your computer. If you are unsure where that is you can probably find it by looking in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
