How to re-size images to 1024 x 768 (or any other size) without Photoshop.

The same website will allow you to do very many of the things that Photoshop does without all the complications.
1) Follow this link https://pixlr.com/x/
2) You should see this page.
3) Click this button to import an image.
4) Select your image.
5) The next screen should look like this.
6) I'd select the middle button. Full HD Max 1920 px
7) You should now have something like this.
8) There are two ways that you might want to resize the image.
a) Reduce the whole image to 1024 x 768.
b) Crop a bit out to 1024 x 768.
9) To reduce the size of the whole image to 1024 x 768 you need to select the RESIZE IMAGE button.
At the next screen enter the new dimensions.
10) To crop out a bit at a new size of 1024 x 768 you will need to
1 Select the crop tool. 
2 Click the Select Aspect button. 
3 Click the Size button. 
4 & 5 Enter the new dimensions. 
Then select the area you want to save...
11) Click APPLY 
12) Click SAVE 
13) At the next screen click DOWNLOAD
14) The file will be saved into the default download folder on your computer. If you are unsure where that is you can probably find it by looking in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
15) Hey presto you've done it!
